It been 3 months since i starting  blogging. And now i decided to share my work progress with you. Hope that you don’t thinks that it too boring. Presently, I going to start off a new project soon, still very much in the planning stage, i will be posting and updating the progress of the work in the blog. So, please stay tune with my blog.

As and when i will be posting up new review and discuss about the design, the concept of the house. More  pictures before the renovation and after the renovation. Hope that it will be a learning experience for both you and me.

i just finish doing a simply layout plan for a HDB 3 room flat set. Spend almost 2 hours to draw and render.

Subject

Single, Teenage, Schooling walk-in wardrobe, study area, book shelve,

For a HDB 3 room flat in Singapore the bedroom area is about 130square feet and i guess people who living in Singapore would know that it is quite difficult to have king size bed and a walk in wardrobe and a study place for a 3 room flat. I was told to plan for a single and a walk in wardrobe and a study place for his daughter. Over here i make use of the recess area to do the study table and a book shelves.

Along the perpendicular of the toilet wall i construct a partition wall which the wardrobe to be place. I create a bit of area of a latch along the partition wall in order for the daughter to make use of  likes e.g picture frame, alarm clock, crystal etc. Beside the wall is the single bed to be place.

This is the just preliminary concept and ideas yet to receive the floorplan.

Fukuoka Perfectural International Hall

It always feel good to see so many people making effects in Preserving the earth’s environment. The company Emilio Ambasz & Associates, Inc was task with the job. Over here, I would like to dedicated this post to Emilio Ambasz & Associates, Inc for the job done in helping to save the earth.

Description :-

Fukuoka, Japan, was in need of a new government office building and the only available site was a large two-block park that also happened to be the last remaining green space in the city center. Ambasz was awarded the commission for successfully achieving reconciliation between these two opposing aims: maintaining the green space of the existing park while providing the city of Fukuoka with a multi-use, symbolically decisive building. Under the building’s fourteen one-story terraces lie more than one million square feet of space, containing an exhibition hall, museum, 2000-seat proscenium theater, conference facilities, 600,000 square feet of government and private offices, as well as large underground parking and retail spaces.

Its northern face presents an elegant urban facade with a formal entrance on the city’s busiest commercial avenue. The southern side extends an existing park through a series of terraced gardens that climb the full height of the building, culminating in a magnificent belvedere that offers views of the harbor and surrounding hills.

The Croissant is a gorgeous piece of work. Strands of abaca rope are tied down by translucent nylon wires which flow  over the hand sculpted frame. The frame is set in light steel.

The unique contemporary sofa offers interior and exterior seating - guests can sit on the surrounding edges, which wrap around the entire model. The skinny stainless steel legs and the adjustable headrests further exude taste. High- density cushion provides maximum comfort.

Each section is indendent and can be relocated at any time . this model is composed of 3 pieces. (lounger, mid section, end piece).

Interior design tips by Osborne & Little.

Here are some  mock up  of wallpapers ideas by Osborne & Little. Imagine having a corner of your room setup into nice and cozy. Using of wallpaper as the backdrop is the most easy and effective way to make  you room feel romantic and cozy. likes i say, sometimes old ideas is always the best ideas. Do you know wallpaper is the later trend in Singapore.

A collection of stylised motifs and colourful stripes to be used in conjunction with FOLIA fabrics or independently.

A velours zebra stripe in natural tones as well as exotic colours - lime, copper and ruby.  This fabric has good abrasion of 40,000.  The Serengeti extends from north west Tanzania to south west Kenya and contains several national parks and game reserves.  The name is derived from the Masai word meaning ‘endless plains’.
