I believe in providing good quality clothesline systems to homes. I have a home and am also a consumer, hence, it is important that we are given correct product information. Many a time, we as consumers are not very well-versed in product knowledge so we forget to ask certain pertinent questions relevant to buying a product. I have come out with some basic checklist to ascertain a genuine product from counterfeit ones.

As a supplier to consumer goods, namely clothesline systems, I get “justly angry” to find out that customers are misled into buying an Australian clothesline system which is actually made from Taiwan, China and Malaysia!
