		<description>Hi Julian

I chanced upon this page while googling on homogeneous tile. I intend to use it for my new flat but have heard from friends that stains are difficult to remove. Is this correct? It seems that most ID are using China-made homo tiles. Any recommendations for any good homo tiles would be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.</description>
