Here i am again,
Renotalk forum offers home owners a place to communicate to each other and offer ideas and renovation tips.
Yesterday, i was chatting with my owners and they mention to me about some feedback about Redapple sales rep. being lousy service. But actually how do you define good service and to a lot of people cheap and yes man is good service.
Do you agreed with them or you might have some other though about this issue?
Coming back to Renotalk i can see most of the time topic like >
Have any people use “this or that interior designing company”? ba ba ba
And few days or a week later
same topic being post again
And repeat again and again
Good or bad service are very subjective
If you set a high standard maybe sales staff appears to you as lousy standard or you set a super super high standard, are you going to condemn him?
Getting very stereotype
Don’t you thinks so……….
We are human and we do make mistakes and is nothing wrong. But if the service staff provide a fast recovery, i thinks you should praise him instead of condemning him.

To validate whether the service is good or bad, would depend on the experience posted to support the bad service claim. Of coz we understand that service is subjective but these forums allows consumers like us to be aware what to expect. Like the red apple case, the person in the center of all the critisms is no longer there what. (“,)
