Before the renovation “typical HDB 3 room flat”
It been 3 months since i starting blogging. And now i decided to share my work progress with you. Hope that you don’t thinks that it too boring. Presently, I going to start off a new project soon, still very much in the planning stage, i will be posting and updating the progress of the work in the blog. So, please stay tune with my blog.
As and when i will be posting up new review and discuss about the design, the concept of the house. More pictures before the renovation and after the renovation. Hope that it will be a learning experience for both you and me.

This seems like a great renovating canvas for an interior designer.
Is the room on the second picture really that spacious or did the camera angle make the room look as spacious as that?
I find that the kitchen has character even without furnishings and equipment. I bet this will look lovely as soon as you finish renovating it.

I had a query…is it possible to partition 3 room flat with 3 bedrooms instead of the existing 2?

The answer is yes and not. Let me explain to you, in the first if you want 3 bedrooms, you can divide into 3 simply by hacking down all the walls and re partition into 3 bedrooms but the middle room don’t has any window and are you okie with it. Secondly HDB may or may not approve you for doing that, because with my understanding HDB need to know what is the need for the purpose and the regulation say you need to has a ventilation for that bedroom.

That’s why was toying around with this idea? Any good suggestions on how 3 adults can each have their personal space in a 3-rooms flat?
