HDB 3 room walk-in wardrobe with single bed design concept

i just finish doing a simply layout plan for a HDB 3 room flat set. Spend almost 2 hours to draw and render.

For a HDB 3 room flat in Singapore the bedroom area is about 130square feet and i guess people who living in Singapore would know that it is quite difficult to have king size bed and a walk in wardrobe and a study place for a 3 room flat. I was told to plan for a single and a walk in wardrobe and a study place for his daughter. Over here i make use of the recess area to do the study table and a book shelves.

Along the perpendicular of the toilet wall i construct a partition wall which the wardrobe to be place. I create a bit of area of a latch along the partition wall in order for the daughter to make use of  likes e.g picture frame, alarm clock, crystal etc. Beside the wall is the single bed to be place.

This is the just preliminary concept and ideas yet to receive the floorplan.
