Now that Christmas and New year are coming soon by right most people were like to renovation and makeover their home for the festive season but recently a lots of the interior design companies are experience less inquires and less leads. Where have all the customers gone? Everyday Newspaper are showing more negative news about the whole economy and shares are not doing well. People are holding back on the renovation and more worry about the current status. People are asking themselves “What if i lost my job?” What happen NEXT?
I can foresee more and more interior design companies will face financial problem and force to close down. At the means time you will be expecting price war from the Interior design companies. Good sign for the owners. But be more careful about engaging a renovation and interior design company as i mention just now a lots of the companies will force to close down due to this financial crisis. Hopefully it won’t happen to you.
What you can do
look for company with a good track record.( ask your friends or relatives to recommend)
Always remember Nothing come Free and sometimes things too cheap might be not right.
Split the total amount of payment into 30% 30% 30% 10%.

This is all very true. The financial crisis has dealt a blow to the majority of businesses. Interior design is not safe either. People can’t afford to upgrade and decorate their house when their house is getting foreclosed on them. It’s a sad reality.
