The floor was ugly and dirty and we have it totally replace with new porcelain homogeneous tiles (600mmx300mm) and as for the existing walls and ceiling you see here, we remove the existing cornices, fan and the roman pillar and other stuffs.
The existing walls were in a very bad condition, so i propose to has it plaster smooth and it looks much better after the plastering job.
The room doors and frames were also in a bad condition too and it seen not point keep its. i propose Re install a new set door frames and doors for both bedrooms.
A new set of false ceiling with recess lighting was install.
Normally, for small room likes this i usually suggest of using a single colour for the whole room but i don’t want it to be too boring at the same time. so, i added a grey stripe across one the wall.
