Bedok Reservior HDB 4 room flat
Before
HDB flat @ Bedok Reservior, the owners came to me with the ideas of renovating the house.
- Relocation the third bedroom entrance from the side wall living to the kitchen.
- Polishing the existing marble flooring.( save cost)
- Overlaying existing 3 bedrooms flooring with Tarkett Laminate
- Redo up the kitchen and 2 toilets.
- Replace of kitchen and toilet wall and floor tiles.
- Replace kitchen cabinet.
- Propose walk in wardrobe for master room.
- Propose wall feature for living for Wall mounted Television.
- Propose suspended console cabinet for DVD and MP3 player.
- Propose Ceiling concept for living hall and master bedroom.

interior design ideas and home decor
Here are some pictures after the renovation. i make use of wood grain laminate and tinted mirror for the Wall feature and Glossy black laminate for console. i also planned night light beneath the console, it will be useful during the night if your kid afraid of the dark. The owners went and picked a Dark grey leather L shape sofa and a black temper glass top dining table to compliment the whole design.
