i remember sometimes back ,i did a post explaining LG Hi mac solid surface and it technical specification. Today, Here are some pictures of LG guys doing the installation of kitchen solid surface top. What you see here, is an extremely long and difficult to install solid surface. It was divided and fabricated into 4 pieces at the factory and later transport to the job site for installation. At the job site the solid surface are join together by special type of adhesive and then sand and polish down.
