The pictures were taken on a Saturday morning,Kitchen cabinet installation havn’t completed yet. I personally don’t like the kitchen layout, too many pillars and beams. I really got hard time planning for the kitchen cabinet layout. The service balcony wall to the kitchen already hack down by the previous owner so now service balcony is part of the kitchen area.

My idea was to conceal the pillars and beams as many as possible but at the same time give a more modern look for the kitchen. I box up the L shape  ceiling beams at the kitchen area and the UPVC sewage pipe using plaster board and have its painted.At the same time,   i do away the top hung kitchen cabinet as you can see from the picture. I don’t want the typical  look, top and bottom cabinets. Over here you can see 2 set of tall unit cabinet, one is for pantry and the other is for micro wave and built in oven.

Not forgetting a simple counter table top  at the main entrance of the kitchen area.
