Modern kitchen setup with counter top island cabinet
Clients wanted a modern kitchen for their new house and told me that they don’t mind to hack away some walls to achieve this. After some consideration and going through the layout plan few time and making some Trial and Error . Finally decided what to do with the kitchen layout to achieve a modern kitchen . I decided to hack away the utility room and a piece of wall facing the living dining to make plan for a island work top cum breakfast table.

Here is something i design and draw for a modern kitchen . i always like island cabinet but the island must able to serve as a bar counter top and a breakfast table top. The solid surface top for the island cabinet is extended 200mm out and on the far end it drop to the floor and cover the cabinet, the reason is to make the cabinet look wide. I personally like to keep my design simple.
