The first renovation work after Chinese New Year

Hello again,

I had  been very busy during Chinese New Year and i enjoy resting at home and playing with my kid during  the whole week of chinese new year.

Back to my work……

Before Chinese New Year i met up with my customers and discuss over the jobs to be carried out for their resales  house at woodland. Bring them to the tiles supplier at lian seng hin to selected the tiles and to the  bathroom ware s shop help owner to purchase the items.

Meet up several times to discuss about the design and the cost of the renovation work.

Here are a list of items to be carried out for the renovation work ;-

• Replace new tiles for kitchen
• Replace new tiles for service balcony
• Replace new tiles for both toilets
• Replace Porcelain homogeneous 600mmx 600mm tiles   for living and dining areas
• Overlay bedrooms with Tarkett laminate flooring
• Electrical rework for living and bedroom and kitchen
• Plumber works  for kitchen and both toilets
• False ceiling work for living dining and master room
• Carpentry work for kitchen and master room
• Changing of window and window grilles for the whole house
• Painting of the whole house with ICI paint

I need to plan and schedule all the works to be finish before 25th feb.
