Inca symbols in vivid hues dance on terra cotta. These voluptuous vases by the Huaman Paucar family whisper ancestral legends of pre-Hispanic glory. “The history of the Inca is reflected in our ceramics,” the artisan explains. “We put into our work what we see and feel, such as the Andean colors.” Displayed together or separately, they bring drama and color to any decor. The Paucars use ancestral techniques to create the vases. The clay is molded on a potters wheel before the pieces are fired at 900 degrees Celsius in a wood-burning kiln and meticulously painted by hand using fine brushes. A coat of matte lacquer protects each piece. Because each piece is crafted individually, the product you receive may vary slightly in its color and design.

Here are some ideas for your home decor making use of vases is the most easy way to decorate your home and it don’t really cost much. Your try having place along a long corridor.I personally  recommend  for Mediterranean design.

Mediterranean palette comes from the sea, sky and earth. For accessories, such as glazed wall tiles in deep greens and blues and white crockery, terra- cotta pottery, and carved wood are best with the Mediterranean look.
