Sub standard service by the sanitary ware sales staff Christy

i wanted to talk about an issue happen not long ago and it make me damn angry. My clients went and look for a portable jacuzzi bathtub himself and finally find a tub with the right size and price. i went down to the shop few times with them to confirm the size and the technical details and the installation guideline. The lady sales staff totally does not knows what she is talking about and i doubt that she knew anything about the product. Anyway, we manage to speak to the manager and explain and discuss about the details of the tub. After finish everything he handle us back to her to confirm the order.

She issues a invoice and do you knew what have happen.

After few weeks later, i was helping my clients with the arrangement of delivery of the jacuzzi bathtub so i make a call to her and I give her the invoice no. I was surprise when she ask me about the size of the tub. i was asking myself in my mind how come she not knowing the size of the bathtub. she seem so blur….. and i can tell that she is totally lost.

Anyway, we confirmed the time and date for the delivery. On that day, the delivery men came with the tub. He come with the wrong tub not a jacuzzi bathtub. Seriously, i do not know what is on her mind, this is totally unacceptable.

I was there telling the delivery man to take a look at the price for the bathtub and where got a normal bathtub cost more then $1000 and the delivery man eagerly explaining that the sales staff (Chirsty) serve us always make this kind of mistakes. So the job have to re arrange and i have to send my guys back.

This is the first time i came across that a portable jacuzzi bathtub price quote without installation, if i not wrong i recalled sometimes back one of my client also purchase a jacuzzi bathtub but the bathtub include installation and they able to assist us with the wiring and the outlet location details.
