But basic requirement for plaster ceiling is hts from floor level & not from ceiling. Secondly, seem like u done have a group of good workers. maybe u keep changing worker. Or ur men not skillfull enough rto handle ( Cheap labour ) As i see the pic post by u, silcone can be seen very thk. Normally cust would not like job hack & redo.
