Finally the temper colour backing is ready for installation. At the initial, during the planning  i was afraid that due to the constrain of  the space  to carried up to the unit that do not allow the colour glass backing to come in 1 whole piece but after the  colour glass been measured and it was assured by the measuring guy that the colour glass backing is able to come in one whole piece.

I was so delighted

This morning , I arrived at the job site much early and i was a bit worried that many unforeseen things would happen like :- the glass cut wrong size or the preset holes on the wall for the stainless steel rods and the hood misalignment or the glass chips. if  one of the 8 holes is out of alignment, the glass would be totally wasted and can’t be use  because the glass is temper.

The sink tap is temporary unscrew for the installation of the colour glass backing. Luckily,  I’ve planned early to stand by the plumber to be at the job site for other job installation in case in need for the sink tap to be remove. The process was very quick and smooth, the glass is up within half an hour. I am very proud of the guys for doing a good job.
