Bedok Reservior HDB 4 room flat

HDB flat @ Bedok Reservior, the owners came to me with the ideas of renovating the house.

Relocation the third bedroom entrance from the side  wall living to the kitchen.
Polishing the existing marble flooring.( save cost)
Overlaying existing 3 bedrooms flooring with Tarkett Laminate
