Wall feature design with wall paper

My friend ask me to design all wall feature base on white, black and red colour for the living hall. First of all i pull up wall paper for 1 side of the wall to create a back drop for the wall feature. I wanted to make part of the wall feature design to blend in with the wall paper .

Pink is also not my strong point for colour scheme for most of my design. Anyway, as a designer we must try to accept and make use of differ colour for designing.

i been in the interior industries for many year and design many house and i felt very empty after designing the wall feature and display cabinet or the shoe cabinet. Home decor is part of interior design. Without any accessories. soft finishing it look so cold and empty . Picture or family photo is essential for home decorate and its fill up the empty wall behind the sofa.

A rug bring the soft touch for the living room and make the room more cozy and warm. It fill the space and brighten the living room. Think about it!

Modern Living interior design

I had just finish this living hall design and the initial ideas of the design basically using 2 different laminate with mirror for this design , The laminate is from Edi and i special like the horizontal line of this laminate. During the design process i take note of the size of the laminate which is 2400mm x 1200mm. With the restriction from the size i need to know the piece of design feature wall design being put together . Which allow me to form the overall concept of the design.

modern interior living design for HDB 4 room

Helping a friend to plan and design for their living. Feature wall panels for both side of the wall. My ideas was to create something affordable which is not expensive to fabricate. The feature wall concept came from MRT direction board which showing all the line from north to west east to south. I find that it very interesting and i try to approach the design ideas from using Line diagram. Some thin line and some thick line from moving from one point to the other point. Some of the panels i replace with color mirror making it more interesting .

I love to adapt design from our daily life hope that it will help you with your home design.

Modern minimalist design for Living

Here is something I help my friend to design and draw a modern minimalist design for living hall. when you come into the house will see a 900mm full height shoe cabinet with a mirror attach on the right hand door panel. I was thinking as a person leave the house normally most people habit would like to tidy and look at the mirror one more time. Beside the shoe cabinet is a low cabinet settee for you to sit and wear your shoe . Just right behind the settee a roll of curtain bead hang from the ceiling to the floor. A simple and cheap way to provide some privacy. As you walk into the house a L shape over hung wall feature cover with wall paper and below is a attach with a tv console to it.

The wall is painted white and light grey tone. i painted a dark grey stripe along the walkway wall opposite the wall feature

Living design with wall feature and tv console for modern living

Just finish this living design rendering. A wall feature and tv console design i come out off . When i start to think about the wall feature in my mind was to create a pop out effect i overlap the laminate wall feature with the mirror feature making more 3D and base on the same concept i have the open drawing tv console recess in by 50mm having different in depth (depth of feel).

The first picture didn’t see much of the wall feature and tv console design. This is s0mething i learn when i doing my photography i just trying render the picture with more ground and making it more artistic feel.

Recently, i learn how to create carpet and you can see that the carpet is more real compare to last time.,

This interior living design for a 4 room flat I renovated sometime back. The layout of the living design is the same but the color and the laminate use is differ . There got a lot of new laminate from EDL, like the piece I use for the wall feature is the new release from EDL. It just like a wall cover. Recently EDL come out with many range of Laminates. Laminate also got differ price range a lot of the home owners assume that all the same

Living design concept for the house

When the first i saw the floor plan I notice that the living/ dining are extremely small and it can not has big and huge furniture for the house. I like very much the laminate of the wall feature it come with 3 differ color. living design is the most important and living area is a place for you to welcome friends and relatives. You got to spend more time to design and decor you living.

4 room flat living concept

Another interior design of a 4 rm flat living concept. I just finish this design and I wanted to share you. A wall feature with a tv console at the living in red and white glossy laminate finish and on the side of the main entrance is a low shoe ht cabinet you will notice at the end of the shoe cabinet i have give a flair by having a modular open cabinet integrate in into the main cabinet. This is something i created. Between living and the dining i design a interconnected different size round ring as a divider separating the 2 area.
